StoryRock is a gated master-planned community in North Scottsdale near 128th Street and Ranch Gate Road. David Weekley Homes builds here, along with Toll Brothers, and there are desert and mountain views all around. The homes are new luxury builds, mostly single-story with 3 or 4 bedrooms and big outdoor living spaces. If you tour a model, tell them up front that you have an agent.

Would you choose a mountain view from the pool or from the patio?
