Villago is a large master-planned community on the north side of Casa Grande, just west of I-10 at the McCartney Road interchange. It covers about 2,000 acres planned for roughly 4,500 homes, tied together by walking trails and bike paths. The centerpiece is a community park with a 10-acre lake, plus neighborhood parks and the city's Villago Park on Pinal Avenue. There's an HOA, the Villago Community Association. Most homes are single-family, and many were built in the mid-2000s, so you get a settled neighborhood at Casa Grande prices.
