Whitewing is actually two gated custom-home communities. Whitewing at Krueger is in Chandler, on Gilbert Road about a quarter mile north of Ocotillo Road: 57 acres with 101 lots of half an acre or more, where casitas and RV storage are allowed. Whitewing at Germann Estates is in Gilbert, east of Greenfield on Germann Road. It's guard-gated 24/7, with about 120 custom homesites of roughly half to two-thirds of an acre. Both have big lots and big homes.

Casita for guests, or RV garage?
